These terms and conditions govern your use of the Short Film Intensive (referred to below as “the Website”). By using the Website and registering for our program, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of them, you must not use the Website.

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. By using the Website and agreeing to these terms, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER

The information contained on the Website is for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the Website or information, products, or services provided. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

Short Film Intensive and its representatives are not responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, or other damages that may arise from use of the Website or participation in the program. By enrolling, you agree not to hold Short Film Intensive or its officers, staff, or affiliates liable for any actions, results, or outcomes of your participation.

CONTENT & COPYRIGHT

All materials provided on the Website or in the program are proprietary. By accessing the Website or program materials, you agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, or train from our information in any manner without our express written consent. Any unauthorized use will be pursued with legal action and damages.

Unless otherwise stated, Short Film Intensive and/or our licensors own the intellectual property rights for all content on the Website.

PROGRAM + COACHING POLICIES

Sessions, workshops, and production elements are delivered as advertised at the time of enrollment. Please be on time and prepared to maximize your experience.

• Scheduling: Session reminders are emailed approximately 48 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule, please use the rescheduling link in your confirmation email or provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a $50 cancellation fee or a 20-minute deduction from a future session. Emergencies (illness, accidents, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Payment: Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is made. All program fees must be paid in full or through an approved payment plan prior to the beginning of the program. Affirm financing is available at checkout.

• Refunds & Credits: Refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis. There are no refunds for single sessions or specialized add-ons once delivered.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Short Film Intensive respects your privacy. Any information shared in mentorship or coaching sessions will be kept confidential except in cases where disclosure is required by law.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the complete agreement regarding your use of the Website and participation in the Short Film Intensive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, U.S.A. Any disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, NJ. By enrolling, you consent to this jurisdiction and waive the defense of an inconvenient forum.
